Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Yes, the showroom is open by appointment only, so we can give you our full attention. Many of our saunas are built to order or tailored to each customer, so the models on display change from time to time. Tell us which sauna you'd like to see and we'll confirm what's on display before you travel.
Can you help me choose the right sauna?
Yes. Tell us how many people will use it, where it's going and roughly how much space you have, and we'll talk you through the options. Our garden check and room check are a good place to start.
Do you install the sauna?
Professional installation is available and quoted individually, depending on your location and the sauna. See how delivery and installation work.
Can you advise on the base and electrics?
Yes. We don't lay bases or carry out electrical work, but we're happy to advise on what your sauna needs. The heater must be connected by a registered electrician to BS 7671.
