Indoor saunas are delivered to your door. Delivery to the Scottish islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands is quoted individually.

Order confirmed
You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, with a summary of your order.

We'll be in touch
We contact you to talk through siting, power, timings and delivery or collection. Arden saunas are built to order, usually in 6 to 10 weeks.

Prepare your space
Outdoors: a firm, flat, load-bearing base (we're happy to advise). Indoors: a level floor and a clear route through your home. For any sauna, have a qualified electrician check your supply.

We agree a delivery date with you. Solen Compact can also be collected free from our showroom by appointment.

Assembly and installation
Assemble it yourself with at least two people, or book our installation for outdoor saunas: we build the sauna and set it in position.

Power up
Your qualified electrician connects the heater, before we arrive or on installation day so we can sign the unit off together.

Register your warranty
Register your sauna to activate your warranty. Solen: 2 years on the wood and 1 year on the electricals. The Orb™: 3 years and 2 years.

How to use a sauna
Every home is different, so we confirm timings for your order when we get in touch.
What does outdoor installation include?
We build your sauna and set it in position. The base and electrics are arranged separately: we're happy to advise on the right base, and a qualified electrician must connect the heater, either before we arrive or on the day so we can sign the unit off together. We never work on household electrics.
How is the outdoor estimate worked out?
Each size has a standard price for delivery and installation: £500 for small saunas, £650 for medium and £750 for large. We then add £1.60 per mile from our Northamptonshire HQ to your postcode, based on approximate road miles.
How much is delivery for an indoor sauna?
Delivery for The Orb™ collection is £149 to England and Wales, £249 to mainland Scotland and £349 to Northern Ireland. The Scottish islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are quoted individually.
Is the estimate my final price?
It's a reliable guide. Send it to us with the Request this quote button and we'll confirm your final price before anything is booked. For Solen Compact and The Orb™, delivery is also shown at checkout.
How long will my sauna take to arrive?
Arden saunas are built to order and usually take 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the model and options. For Solen Compact and The Orb™, we confirm your delivery date when we contact you after your order.
What should I check before an indoor sauna is delivered?
Measure the route through your home, including doorways, stairs, landings and corners, and make sure the floor where it will stand is level. Send us your measurements if anything looks tight and we'll check it for you.
What about bespoke saunas?
Bespoke saunas are quoted individually. Choose Bespoke in the estimator, add your postcode and send us your details. How bespoke works.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands?
Yes. Solen Compact delivery to Northern Ireland is £1,500, and indoor sauna delivery is £349. Outdoor installation in Northern Ireland, and all deliveries to the Scottish islands, are quoted individually: enter your postcode above and send it to us.
Can I collect my sauna instead?
Yes, Solen Compact can be collected free from our Northamptonshire showroom, by appointment. Choose collection at checkout and we'll arrange a time. It's flat-packed at 100 × 117 × 200cm and 450kg, so you'll need a suitable vehicle and help to load. For other saunas, ask us.
